ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (“Company”) informs its esteemed Investors, based on the
claim served by the court today, that MAHART Freeport Zrt. has once again initiated legal proceedings against the Company, in which it requests the court to oblige the Company to remove the assets related to the MAHART project. MAHART Freeport Zrt. has already previously initiated a lawsuit against the Company regarding the removal of the assets, which ended with the Company winning the lawsuit. The Company delivered the affected assets to MAHART (MAHART Hajózási Zrt.) within the framework of the MAHART project, which assets were placed on the territory of MAHART Freeport Zrt., which belongs to the MAHART group of companies. A legal dispute arose between the parties regarding the settlement of the project, regarding which litigation is currently underway between MAHART and the Company. In parallel, MAHART Free Port Zrt. is requesting in a lawsuit to oblige the Company to remove the assets provided by the Company and not settled by MAHART.
